Terms and Conditions

1. "Enrolment": By enrolling in our antenatal and postnatal classes, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself such as contact details in case the facilitates are required to contact you in situations that may affect the running of the session.

2. "Fees, Payments & cancellations ":

 

Upon completion of your booking your  place, an invoice will be issued.

 

Once your payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Complete payment can be made at time of booking via booking system or 50% deposit can be paid to reserve and hold your place.  Due to limited availability full payment is required 4  weeks prior the start of the sessions - Please contact Bloom for this option

 

If you choose to cancel the classes more than 4 weeks  before the start of the course then you will receive a full refund, less £50 to cover our administration costs. If you cancel less than 4 weeks  before the start of the course then no refund will be given.

 

However, under exceptional circumstances this can be discussed with the course provider.

3. "Class Participation": Attendance to the classes is vital for acquiring information and building a community. Any absence should be communicated in advance, and missed sessions might not be compensated unless agreed with the course facilitaters.

4. "Confidentiality": Information shared in the classes, whether personal or general, is expected to be respected and kept confidential by all participants.

5. "Intellectual Property": All course materials, including handouts, presentations, and any digital content, are protected by copyright. Participants are not allowed to reproduce, share, or distribute the materials without explicit permission.

6. "Behaviour and Respect": All participants are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy. Discriminatory, offensive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your group of sessions being terminated

7. "Changes and Cancellation": The organization reserves the right to alter the schedule, content, or instructors of the classes. Cancellation of classes might occur under unforeseen circumstances, and participants will be notified accordingly and an alternative will be offered or refund given for that particular lesson.

8. If you, or your partner, feel unwell whilst in attendance at the sessions you should immediately seek the advice of your midwife, GP or other appropriate health professional.

9. Our courses are taught by qualified, practicing midwives and health visitor who only give general educational advice about pregnancy, childbirth and new baby care. Individual advice on your own current pregnancy cannot be given under any circumstances and attendees  must take queries about their own personal health or pregnancy to their Community Midwife, GP, hospital or other appropriate health professional.

10. All course material provided is for general information only and should not under any circumstances be used as any  individual medical advice or instruction

11. "Liability": The organization and its instructors will not be held liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss of personal property during the classes or related events.

12. "Feedback and Complaints": Participants are encouraged to provide feedback and report any complaints regarding the classes or services provided direct to the facilitators. We aim to continuously improve based on participant input.

13. By enrolling in our antenatal and postnatal classes, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The organization reserves the right to modify these terms as deemed necessary and will communicate any changes to the participants.

14. B.L.O.O.M requires a minimum of participants to run the courses. If for any reason these numbers are not reached then the course provider  reserves the right to cancel the course and a full refund will be given.

15. There may be exceptional circumstances where you are unable to attend a session. If this was to happen we would offer you the opportunity to attend that session within the next available  course dependant on availability (dependant on course providers discretion).
